Kendall Ibsen, a founding partner of Promoted Companies, boasts nearly twenty years in the commercial real estate industry, or more if you consider her upbringing in the business.

Kendall began her career on the ownership side, with leasing roles at Kimco Realty and The MGHerring Group. Prior to establishing Promoted, she served as Senior Vice President at the Retail Connection for 13 years. With her experience on the ownership and development side, Kendall specialized in landlord representation. Her portfolio includes a diverse range of retail assets, such as power centers, single-tenant properties, mixed-use developments, high-profile retail, ground-up projects, urban properties, retail strips, and specialty.

Kendall worked with some of the best owners and developers in DFW including, RPAI (KITE), Endeavor, Goldman Sachs, Hunt Properties, Trammel Crow, Corinth Properties, Levcor, Westdale and many more. She was consistently a top producer and earned many honors within TRC and throughout the DFW Commercial Real Estate community.

Kendall’s passion for finding great tenants for her properties lead her to tenant representation. Kendall has worked with notable brands such as Milan Laser, Party City and Smoothie King in Oklahoma. More recently, Golden Chick and Sweathouz.

Kendall truly enjoys what she does, but her greatest love is her family. Kendall is married to her husband Trey and together they have two children, Taylor and Drew. Actively involved in her community, Kendall generously volunteers her time to support various organizations.
