Mitch Traub is a founding partner of Promoted Companies. A twenty year veteran of the commercial real estate industry, Mitch attributes his prolonged success due to his complete loyalty and dedication to his clients, his innate competitive drive, and the strong relationships he has created over his career.

Mitch has been a vital team member to several large companies and their expansion into the Dallas Fort Worth market. The longevity of Mitch’s representation of many clients in the DFW market proves his goals of not just getting deals done, but preserving meaningful relationships, and contributing to the overall success of his clients’ endeavors.

Mitch is proud to say he works with some of the best restaurant groups in the country. Some of his clients include Hai Hospitality (Uchi, Uchiko, Uchiba, Loro), 33 Restaurant Group (Union Bear, Taverna Rossa, Seager & Sons, The Yard in McKinney, Cadillac Pizza Pub, Suburban Yacht Club), Jersey Mike’s Subs, Lou Malnati’s Pizzeria, Fish City Grill/Half Shells, The Original Chopshop, Simms Hospitality Group (J. Theodore, Rare Books Bar, The Glen, Monarch Stag), Hospitality USA (Baker Street Pub, The Local Pour, The Southern Dough Baking Company), Becks Prime, Chuck E. Mitch has utilized his wealth of knowledge and strong client relationships to build several successful shopping centers in the DFW market. Some examples include Willow Bend Crossing in Plano, The Shops at Chisholm Trail in Fort Worth, Evans Crossing in Murphy, Windsor Ridge in Flower Mound, Midway Commons in Farmer’s Branch and Castle Hills Crossing in Lewisville.

Prior to Promoted, Traub was an Executive Vice President for The Retail Connection. During his twenty years there, he received several accolades including being a top producer every year, Dallas Business Journal’s top producer, D Magazine’s Power Broker and more.

Mitch is most proud of his success outside of the workplace.  He is a lucky husband to his wife Julie, and dad to three great kids (Noa, Josh and Sury).  He is a graduate of The University of Michigan (Go blue!) where he received a Bachelor of Science degree.
